| Popis: | Eyelids and related structures such as ligamentous and lacrimal system make the reconstruction of the periorbital area a challenge. The authors present 5 patients with periorbital reconstruction after tumor excision or trauma with special considerations. A detailed analysis of the problem and reconstruction of all of the injured systems or structures are mandatory to achieve a satisfactory result on the periorbital area. |
