Popis:	We report on a 60 year old patient with a 6 month history of vulval pruritus and an erosive vulval lesion which was mistaken for lichen sclerosus et atrophicus. Histologically the diagnosis of an amelanotic malignant melanoma of the vulva was established. We review the literature about this rare malignant tumor.
