Popis: | У статті проаналізовано поняття коучингу як педагогічної технології студентоцентричного навчання, уточнено дефініцію поняття коучингу в освіті. Описано трансформацію цілей викладача як коуча, розглянуто особливості організації комунікації суб’єктів навчально-виховного процесу у ВНЗ із використанням елементів коучингу. The article analyzes the concept of coaching as a pedagogical technology of student-centred learning. Coaching meets the goals of student-centred learning. Because of its high efficiency in other areas, it is actively distributed in the higher education system. The widespread definitions of the concept of coaching in education are widespread in the national science. Considered its distinctive features. The transformation of the goals of the teacher as a coach is described, unlike the mentor or tutor. The task of the teacher as a coach in the high school is defined: assistance to students in acguiring professional competencies, elimination of problems on the way to meeting the needs in the personal and professional fields by mobilizing and implementing the internal potential of the individual. The task of the teacher is to organize the process in such a way as to promote the students knowledge and professional development. The peculiarities of the organization of communication of subjects of the educational process in higher educational process in higher educational establishments with the use of elements of coaching in classes of various forms in higher education are considered. They are based on well-structured and clearly structured questions for specifying the goal, seeking action options and opportunities for visualizing goals and their implementation, and gaining valuable experience from students. It requires a higher level teacher of communication skills. В статье проанализировано понятие коучинга как педагогической технологии студентоцентрированного обучения, уточнена дефиниция понятия коучинга в образовании. Описана трансформация целей преподавателя как коуча, рассмотрены особенности организации коммуникации субъектов учебно-воспитательного процесса в высших учебных заведениях с использованием элементов коучинга. |
