Popis: | A stereodynamic, axially chiral triaryl probe is locked into a single conformation upon condensation with two amino alcohol substrates. The well-defined chiral amplification in the diimines formed results in intense Cotton effects at high wavelengths that can be used for in situ CD analysis of the absolute configuration and ee of cyclic and acyclic substrates. |
