Popis: | Remdesivir is an RNA polymerase inhibitor that is commonly used in the treatment of patients with severe acute coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). As the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 spreads, the use of remdesivir is likely to increase. Most of the patients treated with remdesivir will not experience any adverse events although some side effects have been reported. Here, we describe a case of sinus bradycardia associated with remdesivir therapy in a pediatric patient with severe acute COVID-19. |
