Popis:	The use of bioabsorbable implants in orthopaedic surgery has become a common practice. Despite their many theoretical advantages, recent reports have proposed certain concerns and complications associated with their use. We report the case of a bioabsorbable screw that extruded from the tibial insertion site 15 months after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
