Popis: Community composition and recruitment are important elements of plant-microbe interactions and may provide insights for plant development and resilience. The results of 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing from four rhizocompartments for four wheat cultivars grown under controlled conditions and sampled after flag leaf emergence are provided. Data demonstrate differences in microbial communities according to rhizocompartment.
