Popis: | We have synthesized four pyrene-derived blue emitting materials using Suzuki cross coupling reactions. All OLED devices using these materials as emitting materials showed efficient blue electroluminescence (EL). Particularly, a device using 1,1'-(9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluorene-2,7-diyl)bis-pyrene (1) showed best EL properties with the luminous efficiency of 4.32 cd/A, the power efficiency of 3.98 lm/W and the external quantum efficiency of 2.48% at 500 cd/m2. |
