Popis: | The article discusses the role of meat and meat products in the diet of younger children. It contains the data on the chemical composition of raw meat, traditionally used in the children’s diet. The authors outline modern sanitary and hygienic requirements to meat products for children of early age. They present new types of pate canned meat and canned poultry meat, their ingredients and chemical composition. There are recommendations on their use by children over eighteen months of life. |
