| Popis: | Heterocyclic drugs can be cross-coupled with functionalized thiophene derivatives under dehydrogenative conditions using Pd-catalysts. Upon reductive desulfurization an alkyl linker is introduced with a functional group at its terminus, which will allow the immobilization of the drug molecule onto a solid support for chemical proteomics. |
