| Popis: | A new technique for the repair of the radiation-induced vaginal fistula is described. Transplantation of the sartorius muscle is used to supply the operative site with abundant vascularity necessary for healing. The accessibility of this muscle and the segmental nature of its innervation and blood supply make it ideally suited for this procedure. |
