Popis: | Arterial blood gas analysis in the management of patients with respiratory and metabolic disease is most useful in relationship to its availability, accuracy and correlation with ventilation data. Inhalation therapists and technicians trained to perform arterial punctures were found to be proficient, careful, and available. Six thousand nine hundred arterial punctures were performed by the technicians without morbidity. |
