Popis: | Aluminumcomposites were produced by reinforcing an AA5754 aluminum alloy with B4Cparticles. The semi-solid stirring and low-pressure solidification methods wereused to produce AA5754/B4C composites, and the mechanical characteristics ofthe samples that were obtained were determined by three-point bending andcompression tests. Additionally, microstructure examinations were made by SEM,EDS and XRD, and the sucsesfull producibility of the B4C reinforced aluminiumcomposites with the method that was used was seen. Aluminum composites were produced by reinforcing an AA5754 aluminum alloy with B4C particles.
