Popis: | In Italy, a frequent approach to building maintenance is—for evident cost reasons—to operate following an occurred fault; from this point of view, the opportunity to design a database containing structured information on building's state of conservation is still a long way off. The paper focuses on an application to a real case study and leads to a methodological proposal for the construction of a spatialized model that shows the maintenance condition on an urban scale. The model is implemented in several steps, from a visual investigation (perception) and subsequent in-depth studies (surveys), to the definition of a spatialised synthetic data. After explaining the methodology, i.e. the definition of indicators, parameters and weights, the paper focuses on the specific case study to achieve a result as replicable as possible, highlighting any critical areas of the process. |
