Popis: T HIS 35-year-old white female was admitted was widely separated from the 1st sound. ’ These to the hospital because of fever and chills were considered typical “friction rubs.” of 10 days’ duration, left upper chest pain increasing during inspiration, cough, and sneezing of about three to four weeks’ duration. Four days prior to this hospital admission, she was placed on a “broad spectrum” antibiotic, with no apparent improvement. HOSPITAL COURSE
