Popis: | Summary Platelet aggregation is enhanced during the early development of adjuvant-induced arthritis in rats and returns to normal after the syndrome becomes established. Cross-over substitution studies indicate that ADP- and Collagen-induced aggregation are enhanced due to a factor present in the plasma of adjuvant-injected rats. The enhanced aggregation is effectively reduced by known inhibitors of platelet aggregation. |
