| Popis: | Computed tomography detects subepithelial polypoid lesionsor irregular thickening of gastric folds, which after intravenouscontrast injection show hypervascular behavior, with a moremarked enhancement than that of the adjacent mucosa in thearterial phase due to the intense vascularization of the tumor. Ad-ditionally, peripancreatic lymph node enlargement may be ob-served in the porta hepatis, mesenterium and retroperitoneum inup 80% of cases |
