Algunas similitudes entre la dinámica social: la horda primitiva y el matoneo escolar

Popis: RESUMEN En la horda primitiva descrita por Freud, la más elemental y violenta forma de organización social humana, el padre y jefe de la horda, fuerte, déspota y tirano, era dueño absoluto de todos los poderes. Como rebeldía, los hijos lo asesinan, sienten culpa y, con ello, el padre ejerce más dominio sobre ellos: lo veneran y odian secretamente en la figura del tótem, sustituto paterno. A pesar del desarrollo humano ocurrido desde entonces, se pretende mostrar que las características de la horda aún perviven en la llamada sociedad civilizada de nuestros días y en el problema del matoneo o bullying. Estas características incluyen a) la desaparición de la voluntad individual; b) el líder violento, poderoso e idealizado; c) un grupo homogéneo, obediente y sumiso; d) la ilusión de "igualdad"; y e) el predominio del miedo sobre la razón. La característica de fondo en los tres contextos es la organización de acuerdo con una rígida jerarquía de poder en la que se requiere homogeneidad, un enemigo a quien odiar y personas inmaduras. Madurez significa autoconocimiento y autonomía, asumir lo inconfesable de nosotros mismos, sin recurrir a la identificación proyectiva, mecanismo por medio del cual se ataca en los demás lo rechazado en nosotros mismos. Como conclusión, se sugiere la educación centrada en la solidaridad. ABSTRACT In the primitive human horde described by Freud, the simplest form of social formation, the father and chief; strong; despot, tyrant and absolute owner of power. As an act of rebelliousness his descendants murder him, felt guilt and through guilt, the father earns control over them. Worshiped and secretly hated, through the figure of Totem: a paternal substitute. Despite of human development since then, it is mean to portray that some features of the primitive horde, continue to exist in present day society, specially through the rising phenomenon of bullying. These features include: 1) Disappearance of the individual will; 2) the idea of a violent, powerful and idealized leader; 3) A homogeneous, obedient and submissive group and 4) the illusion of "equality"; 5) predominance of fear over reason. The underlying feature in all three contexts is the organization according to a rigid hierarchy of power in which homogeneity is required; an enemy to hate and immature people. Maturity means self-knowledge and autonomy, assuming that which is unbearable of ourselves, without referring to projective identification. Projective identification is the tendency to portray in other, what we hate of ourselves. In conclusion, building a strong education based on solidarity is needed.
