Popis: Second trimester pregnancy termination has been reported to be associated with 3-5 times higher maternal morbidity and mortality risks more than first trimester termination. Medical methods had been thoroughly assessed and it is considered the anchor of the safe abortion care. Howevere, there is no global agreement regarding the ideal method for induction of the second trimester abortion in a scarred uterus. The aim of this study was to achieve vaginal expulsion in an expeditious manner with less maternal complications.
