Popis: Cell-free DNA (cfDNA) has been investigated in acute graft-versus-host disease (aGvHD) following allogeneic cell transplantation (HSCT). Identifying the tissue of origin of cfDNA in patients with aGvHD is relevant particularly when a biopsy is not feasible.
