| Popis: | Tissue interposition in vesicovaginal repair is associated with better cure rates especially in failed repairs. Commonly used tissues include the labial fat pad in transvaginal approach and vascularized omental, peritoneal flaps or ileal patch in transabdominal approach. We report a case of a failed vesicovaginal fistula buttressed with a gluteal cutaneous flap. |
