| Popis: | In this paper we propose a health ecosystem involving the quality of experience and quality of service in e-health systems. This e-health ecosystem incorporates elements of the context and the interaction between actors. We identified the key factors to develop a comprehensive model in order to determine the level of acceptance of end users, in this case the patient and the physician. |
