Popis:	A woman with a history of tuberculosis and a lower left lung nodule had a dual-head gamma camera imaging study with fluorine-18 fluorodeoxyglucose. The radiolabel was not taken up by the lung lesion, but there was substantial uptake in the region of the left adrenal gland. This proved to be an incidental pheochromocytoma.
