| Popis: | Cholestatic jaundice of the fust trimester is a diagnostic problem, because it is not always caused by biliary obstruction, and it can be found also in hepatocelullar diseases of infectious, metabolic or unknow origin. This is a report about a one month old girl with cholestatic jaundice, liver and spleen enlargment, suggestive histology and serologic evidence of Neonatal Hepatitis due to Rubella Virus. |
