Popis: | We study the temperature effect on synthesis of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) growth on thin iron film over the quartz substrate using thermal chemical vapor deposition under the low pressure. Results obtained show that the average diameter, the length distribution, and the density of CNTs decrease when the temperature growth increase. We observe the multiwalled carbon nanotubes with a bamboo-like structure synthesize at the low temperature, but at the high temperature, the structures are not the nanotubes. |
