| Popis: | Two new abietane-type diterpenoid o -quinones, 7β-methoxyabieta-8,13-diene-11,12-dione-(20,6β)-olide (rosmaquinone A) ( 1 ) and 7α-methoxyabieta-8,13-diene-11,12-dione-(20,6β)-olide (rosmaquinone B) ( 2 ), together with six known compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Rosmarinus officinalis L. The structures of the new compounds were determined by extensive spectroscopic analysis, including IR, UV, HR-EIMS, 1D and 2D 400 MHz NMR data ( 1 H, 13 C NMR, DEPT, 1 H– 1 H COSY, HMQC, HMBC and NOEs). |
