| Popis: | There is an increasing understanding that chromosomal abnormalities play a major role in the pathogenesis of multiple myeloma. Furthermore, they seem to predict the clinical outcome of patients according to the specific abnormalities detected. It is likely that in the future, knowledge of the cytogenetic composition will be an integral part of the evaluation of myeloma patients. |
