| Popis: | Unilateral pulmonary edema was found to occur following or in conjunction with 18 different clinical situations. In half of them the edema developed on the same side as the causative factor and was related to conditions altering the delicate balance at the alveolar-capillary interface. In the other situations, pulmonary capillary perfusion was deficient on the opposite side prior to the onset of edema. |
