Popis:	The paper highlights the problem of delayed diagnosis of primary immunodeficiencies in children of Ukraine due to the lack of awareness and insufficient baggage of knowledge about their diagnostics by primary care physicians. The results of the questionnaire survey of doctors (general practitioners, pediatricians, therapists, and narrow pediatric specialists) of Ternopil region, Ukraine, regarding the knowledge of the immune system diseases were analyzed. The importance of early diagnostics and registration of primary immunodeficiency cases has been indicated for the timely and comprehensive therapy and prevention of severe and irreversible complications development that will significantly improve the quality of life of patients and change the attitude to primary immunodeficiencies as incurable and hopeless diseases.
