Popis: | Carrier-injection-based polarization controller with strained MQW layer is demonstrated. Based on novel design concept, both polarization-rotating and phase-shifting sections are integrated monolithically on regrowth-free InGaAsP/InP platform to achieve efficient conversion over the entire Poincaré sphere. |
