Popis: | This description of the program for the rehabilitation and resettlement of disabled patients, whether hospital or communitybased, demonstrated that success is determined by many factors: the classification and distribution of patients, the way the staff perceive their roles, the provision of graded steps and the methods employed to use these adequately, the length of training, and the existence of an integrated team of medical and non-medical staff, without which a comprehensive assessment and the execution of individual rehabilitation plans would be impossible. |
