| Popis: | Combined binding, calorimetry, fluorescence, and spin labeling measurements have been made upon the interaction of glycogen phosphorylase B (1,4-α- d -glucan:1,6-α- d -glucan 6-α-glucosyltransferase, EC 2.4.1.1) with AMP. The system exhibits positive cooperativity and appears to obey a model intermediate to the symmetry and sequential models. |
