This Data Note explores teacher and principal awareness of SIPs and attitudes toward SIP effectiveness in a nationally representative sample from the RAND Corporation's web-based American Educator Panels. A majority of educators are aware of their SIPs, but principals express more optimism in the SIP's ability to improve the school. |
