Popis: The data from 33 stroke patients (17 with left and 16 with right hemiplegia) were retrospectively compared with each other and with a control group composed of 20 unaffected age-matched individuals recruited among the hospital staff. All the participants were evaluated with 3D-Gait Analysis to assess kinematic data, which were processed to compute the Gait Profile Score and its gait variable scores which included pelvic tilt, obliquity and rotation, hip flexion/extension, abduction and internal rotation, knee flexion, dorsiflexion and foot progression for left and right sides. Spatio-temporal parameters (i.e. gait speed, step length, cadence and stance duration) were also evaluated.
