Popis: | Vascular reactivity, estimated on the basis of peripheral blood flow responses to intraarterial noradrenaline, »Priscoline« and »Pitressin« infusions, was studied in dogs. Ovariectomy had little effect on these vascular responses. The duration however of the effect of noradrenaline and »Priscoline« became prolonged. Vascular reaction was examined in two other groups of animals receiving »Premarin« or progesterone after ovariectomy. |
