Popis: | This research aimed to analyze nursing education excellence in 54 nursing schools in East Java, Indonesia, using Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (BCFPE) to evaluate competitive advantage on an international level. Data were collected through interviews; questionnaires; and documentation from heads of departments, lecturers, and students. Data obtained using the Baldrige modified questionnaire were analyzed with descriptive statistics and then classified using the BCFPE score.
