Popis:	Combined forms of left ventricular outflow obstruction are being recognized with increasing frequency. A patient who had coarctation of the aorta, valvular aortic stenosis, and fixed and dynamic subvalvular obstruction is described. The importance of recognizing multiple levels of obstruction in such patients is emphasized.
