Popis: | Statement of the problem. The development of the airports is performed by the construction of new buildings and structures, as well as the reconstruction and modernization of existing ones. This process requires heavy investments, which in current conditions of Ukraine does not allow for the continuous construction of large-scale structures, including multi-level parking for 2 038 cars at “Boryspil” International Airport. The purpose of the article is to summarize the experience of scientific and technical support (STS) of large-scale infrastructure facilities reconstruction on the territory of “Boryspil” International Airport after a long break and to justify the necessity of a single stage of necessary work activity management and methods, not stipulated by the current norms. The article deals with systematization and analysis of the problems of large-scale infrastructure facilities reconstruction after a long break. The problems of their solutions are described on the basis of scientific and technical support of construction (STS-b) of the 1st parking complex launch at the International Airport “Boryspil” (correction). The results of a number of scientific and technical works are given. Characteristic features of structural wear, deterioration and defects are considered. Planning concepts of the terminal areas during the airport reconstruction are analyzed. The role of multilevel parking in modern technological structure of airport complexes is highlighted. Conclusions. The investigation stage of the facility technical condition is required before a large-scale construction after a long break is completed. Investigation should continue in the course of long-term construction. Apart from the technical condition comformed to design concept, it is necessary to take into account those changes that may occur in the legislation of Ukraine in construction industry with regard to reliability and structural safety of buildings, structures and foundations. Based on the implementation of the research complex, it is necessary to carry out the project to correct real-life parameters of the technical condition and design concepts of the object as a whole. In case of non-compliance with the requirements of architectural and technological standards, it is necessary to update planning and technological decisions of the initial project with further implementation in order to complete construction. The complex of the investigations mentioned should be united by the requirements for reconstruction works, which are not provided by the current norms for scientific and technical support of construction and design. Taking into account specifics of the research conducted, the results obtained, proposed recommendations and decisions, it is advisable to set out the requirements for scientific and technical support for the construction renewal as changes to the existing DBN (SCN). |
