| Popis: | Primary mesodermal tumors of the renal pelvis are rare. Herein, the eighth case of fibroepithelial polyp of the renal pelvis is reported, this occurring in a nonfunctioning kidney. The diagnosis and treatment of fibroepithelial polyp is discussed and the literature reviewed. |
