Popis: | An 81-year-old man with a history of hypertension and hyperlipidemia presented with epigastric pain for 3 days, which was associated with skin yellowing and vomiting. There were neither fever, diarrhoea, tea-coloured urine nor the consumption of traditional Chinese medicine or raw seafood. Examination showed jaundice and right upper quadrant tenderness. Chest X-ray and ECG were unremarkable. Urine dipstick test was 1+ for bilirubin.
