Numerical study of rotational dynamics of carbon nanotori during intermolecular interaction

Popis: The group dynamics of the motion of a toroidal carbon molecules is investigated using the approaches of classical mechanics. The model of pair interaction of non-polar particles is used to describe the motion of molecules. The ability of group of nanotori to perform coordinated and directed movements caused by the van der Waals forces is analyzed. The influence of the speed of rotation of molecules on the emergence and suppression of group movement is studied.
