Popis: This dataset contains the reports of the series12 local and a pan-European onlineco-creation workshops, organised in the frame of the agroBRIDGES H2020 project, which aims to better connect producers and consumers through Short Food Supply Chains (SFSCs). The local co-creation workshops were organised during the period of August and September 2021 in 12 focal regions and countries of the projects (Beacon Regions), involving 150+agrifood stakeholders of the project's local communities(agroBRIDGES Multi Actor Platform members). The workshops were organised by the project partners responsible for the stakeholder engagement and research activities of the project in each focal region (Beacon Region Leaders). 3 core topics were discussed in local workshops for co-creation: Ranking and evaluation of good practices and success cases of SFSCs in the regions Identification of barriers impeding the development and growth of regional SFSCs along with proposed solutions Development and improvement of sustainable business models for SFSCs. Following the local co-creation workshops, an online pan-European workshop followed to discuss, compare and generate macro-trends from regional insights. The workshop was organised by Wageningen University and Q-PLAN on October 14th, 2021, involving 14 regional MAP representatives and experts ( agroBRIDGES Stakeholder Reference Group) to further work on: Evaluation of locally proposed barriers and solutions for the development of SFSCs Evaluation of novel and improved business models and their core value propositions Development of communication strategies for farmers and producers to support SFSCs The dataset contains: The Report (minutes) and organisation dataof the pan-European Co-creation workshop A folder containing the reports (minutes) and organisation data of the 12 local co-creation workshops Bretagne, Pays de la Loire, Auvergne – Rhône Alpes regions, France Ireland Poland Andalusia region, Spain Turkey Denmark Finland Central Macedonia region, Greece Lazio and Piedmont regions, Italy Latvia Lithuania The Netherlands
