It symbolizes an ongoing journey of exploration and refinement of these ideas, with the anticipation of further amendments in the future. The idea first came to me a few years ago when I noticed that academia was unquestioningly following the work of both amateur and veteran scholars without subjecting it to critical assessment or inquiry. Traditional theorists have played a crucial role in laying the foundation for their respective fields, but their work often dominates academia and exhibits resistance to embracing new ideas. I appreciate scholars who are open to new perspectives and approaches. At times, our fear of proposing new ideas may stem from concerns about appearing inferior to well-established theorists. But innovative is only possible through pushing beyond our comfort zones. Remember that developing models, theories, and frameworks involves understanding and adapting to flexible guidelines. My work is not flawless, but I hope to inspire you to think differently and explore new possibilities. Each of us has the potential to propose innovative ideas. I encourage you to examine the provided work meticulously and employ it as a foundation to enhance your endeavors. My goal is to contribute to the collective knowledge and to empower others to do the same. I believe that by sharing our ideas and collaborating with others, we can promote innovative and inclusive ideas.
