| Popis: | The second case of hemolytic anemia caused by auto anti-N, occurring in a 7-year-old boy, is described. The antibody was IgG, as shown by the use of specific anti-human IgG Coombs sera, failure of inactivation by 2-mercaptoethanol, and chromatographic separation on a G-200 Sephadex column. |
