Popis: | A patient with congenital cystic dilatation of the bile duct (Caroli's disease) is described. The diagnosis was obtained after endoscopic retrograde cholangiography. Owing to monolobar localization of the disease, the patient was successfully treated with partial resection. This patient is the third who has been reported as having this procedure as primary treatment. |
