Popis:	Hysteroscopic surgeries, which require use of irrigating fluids like glycine can rarely be associated with significant complications.[1,2] We report a case of transient postoperative blindness following use of large quantities of glycine delivered through a rotatory pump set at an inappropriately high pressure.
