The article presents the results of research on the assessment of the combined effect of static and dynamic loads on the character of the destruction of a solid medium on models using photoelasticity methods, modeling of the stress-strain state (SSS) of the array using the developed stand. It was established that in rock massifs of a steeply dipping ore deposit at different angles of its fall on deep horizons, it is recommended to lay drillings closer to the central part of the chamber along its axis within the limits on one side of the chamber, and on the other side of the zone of increased stresses and in the zones of stress redistribution, which move to the bottom of the camera, both in the lying and in the hanging on its sides. It is proven that in loaded models during the explosion of the BP charge in the central part of the vault (chamber) area, cracks spread mainly in the vertical direction and are more elongated than in unloaded models. Moreover, in the models destroyed by the explosion of the charge above the hanging side of the cavity (chamber), the main orientation of the cracks is directed according to the given contour of the vault with an angle of inclination to the horizontal of 65-70o towards the cavity (chamber). The obtained research results will be taken into account in the development and substantiation of the rational parameters of drilling and blasting, the location of wells and the conditions of their drilling in the block, which will allow to increase the efficiency of the work of well charges for the removal of the ore deposit, to reduce the specific costs of explosive materials, desalting of minerals and thus to improve the performance of loading and transport vehicles. |
