Popis:	Background: Pneumonia accounts for 1-4% of all Emergency Department (ED) visits in children and leads to over 100,000 hospitalizations per year. This high burden of disease makes pneumonia an important area of research in the busy ED and highlights the need for timely and accurate diagnosis of these patients.
