| Popis: | Afibrinogenaemia in a female Saudi child is reported. Two siblings died of bleeding. The parents, who are first cousins, a brother and two sisters are asymptomatic heterozygotes with fibrinogen levels of less than 1.5 g/l. The presentation was described and compared to other cases reported. |
