Popis: | We report on chemical, biochemical and physical sensors based on whispering gallery mode resonators. We characterized the resonators, improved the mitigation of fluctuations, and developed different types of optical sensors, labelled and label-free sensors for chemical and biochemical sensing, and pressure, temperature and nanoparticle sensing. Franco Cosi is gratefully acknowledged for his help in the device fabrication.
